We are a leadership skills activation company that is deeply influenced by the military mission mindset and experience. We focus on a fundamental question: "What are the essential mindsets and skills that are required to achieve meaningful results?" Red Page Leadership has evolved from specializing in executive coaching to adopting a comprehensive approach to leadership development. We use the latest in neuroscience, psychology and, adult learning all integrated into a proven framework to build custom programs that drives the success and impact of our clients.
Red Page Leadership was founded by Franc Godri with a vision of creating meaningful impact by combining the power of neuroscience with simple skills to transform individual lives. Our “why” is to positively impact the world by partnering with organizational leaders and helping them choose the most effective mindsets in any situation so they can have the impact they desire. We are rooted in the mission focused mindset of the military. Our approach is designed to help you meet the challenges of modern leadership with confidence and success
Franc has the unique ability to connect with people and help them see the leaders that they are and can become. This comes primarily from his successes and struggles as organizational leader. Franc was born in Montreal, Quebec and as a young boy moved to Dalton Georgia. This started his great adventure of changing schools 6 times in 6 years. During that time, he met one of his mentors, Mr. Van Herk (think of a tall and big boned wizard) who used the mountains to teach him and the rest of the Scout troop the life lessons of perseverance, problem solving and teamwork. After returning to Quebec to finish high school he went to the Royal Military College where he received his university degree and eventually his pilot wings. He flew helicopters for the military and for an air ambulance company after his military service. He then transitioned from flying a helicopter to flying a desk, where began his 20-year corporate career in financial services. During this time, his interest in neuroscience began through the learning difficulties of his daughter. After his corporate career, he set out with a new mission to teach others what he had learned about how the brain works and how they can apply that knowledge through specific mindsets and skills so they can positively impact those they lead. But even now, as the founder of Red Page Leadership, Franc will tell you his most valuable lessons in life are still the ones he learned on those mountains from his favourite wizard. Franc is invited to speak at conferences large and small, workshop with CEO forum groups and train organizations on the science and skills of impactful mindsets. Regardless of your role, Franc’s message will not only resonate, but leave you with an entirely new set of tools in your mindset arsenal that will help you reach your chosen mountain top.

love is an action not a feeling. Always do what is best for the other and more than they expect. Care about them because we really care about them. Hear what is really being said. Do all of this, even when we don’t feel like it.

attention to detail in all things matters. It’s the little things we know about our stakeholders and ourselves that has the most impact. It’s doing the little things well. Set clear expectations and exceed them in every way.
always be open to the possibility of being wrong. This openness gives us the ability to see things for what they really are. It gives us the ability to learn and be courageous to do or say what needs to be done or said. This builds and deepens trust.
always do or say the right thing. Not what’s easy, not what’s fast, not what comfortable ... what’s right. Do right by others by listening to and, acting on, the little voice that knows...
